The Challenge
Rectify damp and condensation problems in a property with solid brick walls.
The Solution
Supply and install DMEV centrifugal ventilation fan in bathroom. Core drill wall in kitchen and install ducting to extract out from cooker hood. Later will install a Positive Input Ventillation system in loft when the loft hatch has been made larger to gain access with equipment. The PIV unit will help dry out the saturation walls by pushing moisture back out of the bricks
