Absolutely superb. After literally months of shoddy customer service from octopus, in desperation I contacted Bill with regards to fitting my long awaited EV charger. Emailed him on Sunday, instant response and quote, site survey on Tuesday, fitted on Friday. Absolutely delighted, really tidy job, slaved through torrential rain and helped me set up. Cheaper than octopus too. I so wish I’d contacted Bill in the first place. Thank you.

Response from the owner:Thank you Paul for your great review. Our aim is to give 100% satisfaction and not mislead customers. Octopus do not have their own installers and so do not have the service Goodwin Electrical can deliver. It was a tough install with the weather, however it did not beat me.
I recently hired Goodwin Electrical and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done. Showed up on time and the job was done quickly and without any issues. Would 100% recommend and will be calling them again if I need anything else done.

Contacted Goodwin Electrical to install an EV charger. Absolutely professional service from Bill and his son. New consumer unit also fitted as existing one overloaded over the years by previous electricians before and after we purchased our property. No pushy selling techniques just clear advice on what was necessary to keep our home and ourselves safe. Quotation for work was completely transparent as to what was and what was not included. Moreover Bill is a nice man to deal with and any advice he gives is invaluable to those who know little or nothing about electrics. Wish we had come across him earlier. Would highly recommend to friends and family

Bill was at our property within hours of our initial call. He fixed the bathroom pull cord which had worn away, meaning the light could not be turned off; he changed a broken socket; checked the heating system, and tweaked the boiler output to provide hot water. Bill is extremely professional, competent, clean and helpful. The cost of his work was reasonable. I could not give higher recommendation, and I am pleased to support a local firm.
